    Charu –

    I donot have pcos but I suffer a lot from period cramps. I am having this from past 15 days and was not expecting any results since they claim for any result we need to consume this for 90 days. But I just got my period today and I am not feeling any discomfort or pain.

    Usually I have bad cramps and pain a week before my period date and it continues till the 3rd day. This time cramps were lesser compared to usual.

    Overall Its a great product.

    I didn’t get my period for 3months, but after consuming 1.5 bottle that too very inconsistently i did get my period. So it does work but it’s slow make sure to be regular
