The mascara came in dry. I only use this mascara so I am pretty aware with the formula and performance. This mascara is really good but when I bought it from Amazon the quality was much different. I assume people don’t reallly purchase mascara from here much unlike nykaa. So I would say don’t buy mascaras from here
