Pump functionality is not good, not worth it

Although brand is good and I have used many of its product earlier but this undereye cream is not worth buying. Quantity is very very less for the price paid. Pump is not working properly. Wastage of money. It’s not at all worth buying at this high price.

Tried this for a night and the results were amazing, it kept my under-eye so moisturized, and the hydration was so perfect.

I have been using this product for almost a year now. And I will keep using this, as I can see great results. After prolonged usage of laptop and devices eyes are getting sore and this cream helps soothing my eyes. Moreover after prolonged usage I really can see reduced dark circle.
Just the pump might not work in some orders but not every. And this pump issue doesn’t matter for me as I feel this is a gives good result for dark circles comparing to other brands I tried like Garnier and Mama Earth eye roll-ons. If the pump stopped work all I do is to shake the product vigorously and pump again it works 😁 – rare case this vigorous shake might not also work so I just open the roller cap and take the cream out manually.
It will be great if mcaffine fix this pump issue – this is a great product!

I had been using this product for a month now , it worked fine for the first few time , as instructed to use twice a day , I did that, but now even after only using once a day it burnt my under eye skin ,it is completely dry and itchy with redness, It has been 5 days that i haven’t used it and now its okay which indicates this product being absolutely atrocious. It is soothing only for first 5 secs and then it burns the skin , i absolutely do not recommend this product. WOULD GIVE IT ZERO stars if i could!!!!!

The mCaffeine Coffee Under Eye Cream Gel for Dark Circles is generally good.
*Cream consistency- The cream’s consistency is really good. It blends with the skin instead of staying white color like some other brands do. It disappears in time. The cream is also a light one.
*Feeling- It gives a pleasant cooling effect after applying.
*Smell- It has a very light smell of coffee.
*Efficiency- To judge this part I have to use it for some months and then update it.
*Bottle/pump- mCaffeine needs to improve the bottle and especially the pump. The pump is the worst part. I have to press countless times to get the cream out! It is ridiculous. Very bad design. The bottle’s cap is very loose. Whenever I pick it up it drops on the floor and dismantles. A screw type cap will be better.
Overall- It is fine initially. Can come to a verdict only after using it for some months.
