I have ordered thrice. The first time it worked really well and I was really impressed and so I gave mine to a friend who needed it and placed another order for myself. The second time it came it didn’t work at all and so I requested for a replacement thinking it might be a one off stroke of bad luck and they nicely replaced it too so I was still okay, but now the replacement which is the third device that I’m trying also doesn’t work. And in good faith I didn’t even try it when it came for a few weeks so I don’t know if I can keep exchanging it or who I should call for service. It gives an occasional electric beep 1 beep every 3 mins, and I know that’s not right because the first one didn’t act like this.

I had no idea about this product and received it as a gift for my birthday. Not knowing what to expect, I set it up which was easy and used it for the first time during my last period. The sensation is a little weird at first but it really helps! It has a 15 min cycle for each stimulation, which is was enough for me to carry on for a few hours. The best part is that I can attach it to my waistband and forget about it. And it does its job!
It’s great to use on the lower back and lower tummy for me.

I liked how the variations are helpful with the cramps and the buttons are easier to use compared to other similar devices. It’s small compatible and easy to carry around. However i felt the gel pads provided along with it are a lil too soon damaged.
