6. Taxes & Duties

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; the standard return process applies.
• Return Window: Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personal care items, intimate accessories, custom/personalized products, gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds will be issued to your bank account/UPI ID after verification.
• Failed Transactions: If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 business days. No action is required from your end.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Indian locations: 4–7 business days
• International orders: 10–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is offered on orders above a specified value (displayed at checkout).

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery failures.
