These Terms govern your use of gadgets4girl.com and your purchases from Gadgets4Girl ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in size, design or packaging can occur. Product features listed are based on information from our suppliers. Our jewellery is fashion (imitation) jewellery and is not real gold or silver.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers can change without notice. If a price or listing error is found, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Payment is accepted through the methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available only if it is shown as an option at checkout.

3. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, hold or cancel an order, for example because of stock issues, incorrect address or payment problems, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund it in full.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, courier delays, festival-season load and other events beyond our control.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

These are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Your account and conduct

You agree to give correct information when ordering, and not to misuse the website, attempt to hack it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including the name Gadgets4Girl, logos, text and layout, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Safety

Our festive diyas and lamps are LED-based, flameless, and smokeless. Please note that products contain CR2032 button batteries or rechargeable lithium cells. Keep button cell batteries strictly out of reach of infants, young children, and pets to prevent accidental ingestion hazard.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kota, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on this page.
